Cellists are exposed to outstanding teaching, performing, and mentoring from experienced faculty. Our program strives to serve students and communities from a variety of socio-economic, racial/ethnic, gender identity, and musical backgrounds.

ACTIVITIES DURING ICI
A cellist at ICI can expect…
multiple solo performance experiences, workshops, cello chamber music, community engagement projects, concerts, collaboration with professional pianists, weekly private lessons with ICI faculty, masterclasses, student performances, the CelloICI guest artist concert series, day trips to explore Minnesota, and lifelong friendships and connections with peers and colleagues
